Gay sensitivity training kicked off yesterday

Yesterday, marked the first session of the Philadelphia Gay Tourism Caucus' (PGTC) sensitivity training for hotels. The PGTC uses actors to present different situations hotel employees may encounter. After the 5-10 minute skit is performed it is followed up with a question and answer session. The Sofitel was the first hotel to go through the training.
