Ewwww...what's a steak to cheese? Not the tourist commissions best effort. I saw an LGBT one in the paper that used fabulous--must be straights or gay's from the 70's working on these ads.
Your reaction ("what's a steak to cheese?") helped us figure out real quick that our homage to Philly's reputation as a European city ("steak de cheese") doesn't translate so well on TV.
So keep an eye out for the commercial, and you'll hear "cheesesteak" on there. Thanks!
